Premium Processing
Premium Processing is an optional USCIS service guaranteeing adjudication within 15 business days for eligible petitions. Currently available for I-129 (nonimmigrant worker) and I-140 (immigrant worker) petitions. The fee is $2,805. If USCIS does not act within 15 business days, the fee is refunded. 'Action' includes approval, denial, RFE, or NOID — not necessarily a final decision. Premium processing is available for H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2 change of status, and EB-1/EB-2 I-140 petitions. It does not expedite I-485 or consular processing.
