What is the L-1 Visa?

Eligibility Requirements
Employed by the company abroad for at least 1 continuous year within the last 3 years
Transferring to a parent, subsidiary, affiliate, or branch in the U.S.
L-1A: Manager or executive role
L-1B: Specialized knowledge of the company's products, services, or processes
