What is the EB-5 Visa?
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program provides a path to U.S. permanent residency for foreign investors who make a qualifying investment in a U.S. commercial enterprise that creates at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers. The standard investment amount is $1,050,000, or $800,000 if investing in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA).
