Satoshi Onodera
In 2019, Satoshi left his career at NTT Data and Mercari, self-funded an E-2 investor visa with his own capital, and relocated to New York to start Reinvent NY.
Before founding the company, he spent six years at NTT Data — including overseas assignments in Los Angeles and India — followed by a role at Mercari leading new category launches.
Today, Reinvent NY serves over 100 clients from 20+ countries, providing E-2 visa consulting, New York real estate services, and end-to-end relocation support. Satoshi holds a New York State Real Estate License and serves on the board of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of New York (JCCI NY).

CEO of Allerise Co. Ltd. Keio University, Faculty of Law. Career spans Oisix, Red Bull Japan, and Accenture (Strategy Group — marketing strategy, cross-border projects). British-born native English speaker. Based between Singapore and Tokyo, providing global consulting across food, tech, and beyond.
