I-829 Petition
The I-829 petition is filed approximately 21-24 months after receiving conditional permanent residence to remove the conditions on an EB-5 green card. The investor must prove that the investment was sustained throughout the conditional period and that 10 full-time jobs were created or will be created within a reasonable time. Filing fee is $3,750. Processing time is currently 24-36 months. If approved, the investor and family receive unconditional permanent resident status (10-year green card).
