I-526E Petition
The I-526E is the immigrant petition filed by EB-5 investors after the 2022 Reform Act (replacing the former I-526). It demonstrates that the investor has made or is in the process of making a qualifying investment and that the investment will create the required 10 full-time jobs. Filing fee is $3,675 plus $1,000 integrity fund fee. Current processing time is approximately 12-24 months. For rural TEA projects, USCIS has prioritized processing, with some cases adjudicated in under 12 months.
