비이민 비자로 입국하면서 장래 영주권 취득을 의도해도 문제없다는 개념. H-1B와 L-1 비자는 이중 의도가 인정되나, F-1이나 B-1/B-2에서는 인정되지 않습니다. E-2는 제한적으로 이중 의도가 인정됩니다.
