房产评估

房产评估是由持牌评估师对房产公正市场价值进行的客观估算。在美国，评估遵循 USPAP 统一标准。

在纽约购买房产时，大多数贷款机构在批准抵押贷款前要求进行评估。评估师会考虑房产状况、位置、面积和周边可比售价。

对于国际买家，了解评估流程至关重要。即使是现金购买，独立评估仍然有助于确保投资合理。
