Requirements include at least 1 year of continuous employment abroad within the preceding 3 years. L-1A is valid for up to 7 years and provides a direct path to EB-1C green card. L-1B is valid for up to 5 years. There is no annual cap for individual L-1 petitions. The L-1 Blanket petition allows larger companies to transfer multiple employees efficiently.
