E-2签证
E-2签证是基于友好通商航海条约的投资者签证。允许条约国公民在美国设立和经营企业。虽然没有法定最低投资额，但通常需要10万至20万美元以上的投资。初次签发最长5年，可无限次续签。配偶可获得工作许可（EAD），21岁以下子女可作为附属申请人居留。
