조약국
미국과 우호통상항해조약을 체결한 국가. E-2 비자는 이 조약국 국민만 신청할 수 있습니다. 한국은 조약국에 포함되어 있어 한국 국적자는 E-2 비자 신청 자격이 있습니다. 현재 80개국 이상이 조약국이지만, 중국과 인도는 포함되지 않습니다.
