EB-5 최소 투자액이 80만 달러로 낮아지는 지역. 고실업 지역(전국 평균의 150% 이상) 또는 농촌 지역이 해당됩니다. 투자액이 105만 달러에서 80만 달러로 감소하므로 대부분의 EB-5 프로젝트가 TEA 내에 설립됩니다.
