보증금
임대 계약 시 임대인에게 예치하는 보증금. NY주법에 따라 보증금은 월세 1개월분이 상한입니다. 퇴거 시 물건 손상이 없으면 14일 이내에 반환됩니다. 벽의 못 구멍이나 통상적인 마모는 공제 대상이 아닙니다.
