패스스루 과세가 적용되는 법인 형태. 법인 단계의 과세를 피하고 이익이 주주의 개인 소득으로 과세됩니다. 그러나 주주는 미국 거주자 또는 시민으로 제한되어 외국인은 주주가 될 수 없습니다.
