RFE (증거 요청 통지)
USCIS가 심사 중 추가 증거나 설명을 요청하는 통지. NOID보다 심각도가 낮으며, 요청된 서류를 87일 이내에 제출하면 심사가 계속됩니다. RFE를 받아도 거부되는 것이 아니며, 부족 서류를 보완하면 승인 가능성이 충분합니다.
