공적 지원에 의존할 가능성이 있는 외국인의 입국·영주권 취득을 제한하는 규칙. 나이, 건강, 소득, 교육, 자산 등을 종합적으로 판단합니다. 2022년 개정 후 Medicaid, SNAP, 공영 주택 이용은 보통 고려되지 않습니다.
