청원과 신청의 차이
Petition(청원)은 제3자(고용주 등)가 신청자를 대신하여 제출하는 것(예: I-140). Application(신청)은 본인이 직접 제출하는 것(예: I-485, N-400). 이민 절차에서 제출자와 수혜자가 다를 수 있어 이 구별이 중요합니다.
