E-2 투자는 '취소 불가능'해야 합니다. 자금이 이미 사업에 투입되었거나, 비자가 거부된 경우에만 반환되는 조건부 에스크로에 예치되어 있어야 합니다. 단순히 은행 계좌에 자금을 보유하는 것만으로는 요건을 충족하지 못합니다.
