미국 영주권. 소지자는 미국 내에서 제한 없이 거주하고 일할 수 있으며, 시민권 신청 자격도 얻게 됩니다. 취득 방법은 가족 기반, 고용 기반(EB-1~EB-5), 추첨(DV Lottery) 등 여러 가지가 있습니다. 유효기간은 10년이며 갱신이 필요하지만 영주권 자체는 소멸되지 않습니다.
