코업 (Co-op)
협동조합 방식의 주거 형태. 부동산 자체가 아닌 빌딩을 소유한 법인의 주식을 구매하는 형태입니다. NYC 주택의 약 70%가 Co-op이며, 이사회 승인이 필요하고 전대 제한이 엄격합니다.
