条約国
米国と友好通商航海条約を締結している国。E-2ビザはこの条約国の国籍保持者のみが申請できます。日本は条約国に含まれており、日本国籍者はE-2ビザの申請資格があります。現在約80カ国以上が条約国ですが、中国・インド・ブラジルなどは含まれていません。
