特定雇用地域（TEA）
EB-5投資の最低投資額が80万ドルに軽減される地域。高失業地域（全国平均の150%以上）または農村地域が該当します。TEA認定により投資額が105万ドルから80万ドルに減額されるため、多くのEB-5プロジェクトはTEA内に設立されています。
