敷金（セキュリティデポジット）
賃貸契約時に貸主に預ける保証金。NY州法では敷金は家賃1カ月分が上限と定められています。退去時に物件の損傷がなければ14日以内に返金されます。壁の釘穴や通常の経年劣化は差し引き対象になりません。
