固定資産税
不動産所有者が地方自治体に毎年支払う税金。NYCでは評価額の約1%前後ですが、実際の税率は物件タイプや地域によって異なります。Co-opの場合はメンテナンスフィーに含まれ、コンドミニアムでは別途支払います。税額はNYC DOFのウェブサイトで確認できます。
