請願と申請の違い
Petition（請願）は第三者（雇用主など）が申請者の代わりに提出するもの（例：I-140）。Application（申請）は本人が直接提出するもの（例：I-485、N-400）。この区別は移民手続きで重要で、書類の提出者と受益者が異なる場合があります。
