NOID（却下予告通知）
USCISが申請を却下する意向を通知する書類。申請者に反論・追加証拠の提出機会を与えるもので、通常30〜33日以内に回答する必要があります。NOIDを受けた場合は移民弁護士と相談し、不足している証拠を迅速に準備することが重要です。
