賃貸契約
NYCの賃貸契約は通常1年間で、年収が家賃の40倍以上(月額$3,000なら年収$120,000以上)の収入証明が求められます。外国人は米国のクレジットヒストリーがないため、追加の敷金(1〜2カ月分)や保証人(Guarantor)が必要になることが多いです。
