賃貸契約
NYCの賃貸契約は通常1年間で、年収が家賃の40倍以上（月額$3,000なら年収$120,000以上）の収入証明が求められます。外国人は米国のクレジットヒストリーがないため、追加の敷金（1〜2カ月分）や保証人（Guarantor）が必要になることが多いです。
