取消不能な投資
E-2ビザの投資は「取消不能」でなければなりません。つまり、資金はすでに事業に投入されているか、ビザが却下された場合にのみ返還される条件付きエスクローに入っている必要があります。銀行口座に資金を保有しているだけでは要件を満たしません。
