専門職ビザ。学士号以上の学歴を要する専門職に就く外国人向けで、年間発給数に上限（通常枠6.5万件+修士枠2万件）があります。初回は3年、最長6年まで延長可能。雇用主のスポンサーが必要で、毎年4月の抽選（ロッタリー）で選ばれた場合のみ申請できます。
