EAD（就労許可証）
Employment Authorization Document。米国で就労するための許可証で、I-765で申請します。AOS申請者、E-2配偶者、難民、一部のビザ保持者が対象です。EAD保持者は雇用主を自由に選べ、職種の制限もありません。有効期間は通常1〜2年です。
