条約貿易家ビザ。日米間の貿易（輸出入）が主な事業活動である場合に申請できます。貿易額の50%以上が日米間で行われている必要があり、E-2ビザ（投資家）と異なり大規模な投資は不要ですが、継続的かつ相当量の貿易実績が求められます。
