デュアルインテント
非移民ビザで入国しながら将来的な永住権取得を意図しても問題ないとする概念。H-1BとL-1ビザはデュアルインテントが認められていますが、F-1やB-1/B-2では認められず、移民の意思が発覚するとビザ却下のリスクがあります。E-2は限定的にデュアルインテントが認められます。
