強制退去
不法滞在、犯罪、ビザ違反などを理由に移民裁判所の命令により米国から退去させられること。退去命令を受けると、5〜20年間（場合により永久に）米国への再入国が禁止されます。退去手続き中は移民裁判官の前で弁護の機会が与えられます。
