DBA（屋号届出）
Doing Business As。法人名と異なる商号（屋号）で事業を行う際に必要な届出。例えば「ABC Corp」が「Tokyo Sushi」という店名で営業する場合、DBAの届出が必要です。NYCではCounty Clerkに届出し、地元紙に公告を掲載します。
