事業許可証（ビジネスライセンス）
ビジネスライセンスとは、個人や法人が特定の市・郡・州で事業を合法的に運営するために必要な公的許可証です。米国では、ほとんどの事業が営業開始前に一つ以上のライセンスや許可を取得する必要があります。
E-2 ビザ投資家やニューヨークで起業する海外起業家にとって、正しいライセンスの取得は重要です。業種や所在地によって要件が異なり、NYC では消費者労働者保護局からの一般ライセンスに加え、飲食業許可や酒類販売許可などの業種別許可が必要です。
