在留資格変更（AOS）の審査中に米国外へ渡航し、再入国するための事前許可証。I-131で申請します。アドバンスパロールなしで出国すると、AOS申請が放棄されたとみなされる場合があります。EADとの併用カード（Combo Card）として発行されることが一般的です。
