After the 2022 Reform and Integrity Act, EB-5 investors in rural TEAs receive reserved visa numbers with faster processing. The program involves filing an I-526E petition, receiving conditional residence for 2 years, then filing I-829 to remove conditions. Total timeline: approximately 2-4 years from filing to unconditional green card.
