Visa R-1
Le visa R-1 est accordé aux ministres du culte, aux personnes travaillant dans une vocation ou un ordre religieux, et à celles exerçant des fonctions religieuses dans une organisation agréée. Le demandeur doit avoir été membre de la dénomination religieuse pendant au moins deux ans avant la demande. Ce visa peut mener à une carte verte via la catégorie de visa EB-4 pour travailleurs spéciaux.
