NVC
Une fois qu'une pétition I-130 ou I-140 est approuvée par l'USCIS, le dossier est transféré au NVC. Le NVC collecte les frais, les formulaires et les documents requis avant de planifier l'entrevue au consulat américain dans le pays du bénéficiaire. Le NVC attribue un numéro de dossier et communique directement avec le pétitionnaire et le bénéficiaire tout au long du processus.
