Visa H-1B
Le visa H-1B est l'un des visas de travail les plus demandés et est soumis à un plafond annuel de 65 000 visas, plus 20 000 supplémentaires pour les titulaires de diplômes américains. Lorsque les demandes dépassent le plafond, une loterie est organisée pour sélectionner les pétitions traitées. Ce visa est généralement accordé pour trois ans, renouvelable jusqu'à six ans.
