Formulaire I-485
Le formulaire I-485 est soumis à l'USCIS avec de nombreux documents justificatifs, notamment les formulaires I-693 (examen médical) et I-864 (affidavit de soutien financier). Pendant le traitement de l'I-485, le demandeur peut demander un permis de travail (EAD) et une autorisation de voyage (Advance Parole). Une entrevue avec un agent de l'USCIS est généralement requise avant l'approbation.
