Centre Régional EB-5
Les centres régionaux permettent aux investisseurs EB-5 de mettre en commun leurs fonds pour financer de grands projets immobiliers ou d'infrastructure, tels que des hôtels, des immeubles d'appartements ou des centres commerciaux. Les investissements via un centre régional peuvent comptabiliser les emplois directs et indirects créés pour atteindre le seuil de dix emplois. Cette voie est moins risquée car les investisseurs n'ont pas à gérer directement l'entreprise.
