EAD
L'EAD est accordé à diverses catégories de personnes, notamment les demandeurs d'asile, les conjoints de titulaires de visa H-1B, les bénéficiaires de la déférence d'action (DACA) et les demandeurs d'ajustement de statut. La validité de l'EAD varie selon la catégorie et peut aller d'un à deux ans. Il est renouvelable tant que le statut sous-jacent est maintenu.
