Visa E-2C
Le visa E-2C a été créé pour les ressortissants étrangers qui vivaient et investissaient dans les Îles Mariannes du Nord (CNMI) avant que ces îles ne soient soumises aux lois d'immigration américaines. Ce statut temporaire a permis à ces individus de continuer à résider légalement aux États-Unis pendant une période de transition. L'admissibilité à ce visa est très spécifique et limitée.
