Visa E-2 pour Employés
Les employés d'une entreprise E-2 peuvent également obtenir un statut E-2 s'ils sont ressortissants du même pays que l'investisseur principal. Ils doivent occuper un poste de direction, de cadre supérieur ou de spécialiste essentiel pour l'entreprise. Ce statut est généralement accordé pour la même durée que le visa de l'investisseur principal.
