Les ressortissants de pays ayant envoyé plus de 50 000 immigrants aux États-Unis au cours des cinq dernières années sont généralement exclus. Les gagnants doivent satisfaire aux exigences d'admissibilité standard et obtenir un visa d'immigrant.
