Ajustement de Statut
L'ajustement de statut est effectué en soumettant le formulaire I-485 à l'USCIS sans quitter les États-Unis. Cette procédure est disponible lorsqu'un visa est immédiatement disponible selon le bulletin des visas mensuel du Département d'État. Pendant le traitement, le demandeur peut obtenir un permis de travail (EAD) et une autorisation de voyage (Advance Parole).
