Garantía entregada al arrendador al firmar el contrato de alquiler. En NY el depósito está limitado por ley a 1 mes de renta. Se devuelve dentro de 14 días al desocupar si no hay daños. El desgaste normal (agujeros de clavos, deterioro natural) no es deducible del depósito.
