Organización aprobada por USCIS que administra fondos de inversión EB-5. Los inversionistas pueden invertir a través de un Centro Regional en lugar de operar directamente un negocio, cumpliendo los requisitos de creación de empleo mediante empleos indirectos. El programa fue reautorizado con la Ley de Reforma EB-5 de 2022.
