Solicitud para eliminar las condiciones de la residencia permanente EB-5. Debe presentarse dentro de los 2 años posteriores a la obtención de la Green Card, demostrando que la inversión se mantiene y se crearon 10+ empleos. Al aprobarse, se emite la Green Card incondicional de 10 años.
